David Doucette, President Huntington Homes, a dba of Susie Development, Inc. was formed in 1973. Huntington has built and developing over 1000 homes in the Houston area along with Allens Landing in Texas City, and Apartment projects including Cypress Station (278 units), Northwest Crossing (304 units), and Huntington Village Apartment (340 units). Med - Cure Clinic In 1990 We formed The Huntington Company to build commercial construction. We build all types of construction, specializing in shopping centers, and retail construction. Huntington has also created a seperate group to develop government subsidized housing projects and Section 8 rental housing. We have recently completed the following: * A 10,000 Sq. Ft. Med-Care facility * A 20,000 Sq. Ft. "Spring Valley" medical Center Facility. * A complete Foundation and Super-Structure for a Bio-hazard building at the University of Texas medical School, Galveston, Texas. * An HEB Grocery store foundation and parking area in Beaumont, Texas. * A 10,000 Sq. Ft. Vertec Polymer expansion and office renovation. * A 6,200 Sq. Ft. Custom home for Matt and Susanne Pyle, 65 Rollingwood, Houston, Texas. * Section 8 - We recently completed 20 units in various locations around Houston, Texas. All 3 bedroom, 2 bath units.
